Easy Roasted Garlic Shrimp

If you take anything away from life, it should be this: when it comes to shrimp, ALWAYS FRESH. NEVER FROZEN. Are we clear on that? Good. Now, for this recipe. These shrimp are simple, tasty, and go with just about anything (i.e. roasted veggies, rice, noodles, zoodles, etc.).

Easy Roasted Garlic Shrimp by Skinny Taste

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 lbs shelled and deveined jumbo shrimp (36)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1 lemon, juice of

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 400º.

Spray a nonstick cooking tray with cooking spray.

Combine the shrimp, garlic, oil and crushed red pepper together in a bowl and stir to combine.

Arrange the shrimp on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast 6 to 8 minutes or until the shrimp turns opaque. Squeeze lemon over the shrimp.
